NMSU’s Physical Sciences Laboratory Wins New 10-Year $ 92.8 Million Contract
The physical sciences laboratory at New Mexico State University has been awarded a 10-year, $ 92,870,000 contract from the United States Department of Defense to support information operations, evaluation and l vulnerability / survival analysis.
Joanne Esparza, NMSU PSL IOVSA program manager, said PSL staff have extensive experience supporting the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) / Survival Lethal Analysis Directorate (SLAD), now CCDC DAC.
“We have been extremely successful in providing this type of customer support over the past 20+ years thanks to the talented and dedicated workforce we have,” said Esparza. “They are very experienced, capable, hardworking and committed to supporting the client’s mission. “
The new Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Data and Analysis Center (DAC) contract, part of the US Army Futures Command, came into effect on September 18.
Founded by NMSU in 1946, PSL has supported various government and private sector scientific and technical activities in the United States and around the world through research contracts and agreements.
